Account Executive – Multimedia Advertising Sales

What You'll Do

• Develop new business relationships with local and regional advertisers
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to create customized advertising campaigns
• Sell radio advertising, digital marketing, sponsorships, promotions, contests, and special events
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing recommendations
• Achieve monthly sales activity and revenue goals
• Participate in station promotions and community events
• Use CRM tools to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Advertising, marketing, media, or business development background a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
